Billy Nunn is a BSc Geography & Environmental Science student at King’s College London, with a particular interest in glaciology. At university, his dissertation focuses on how we can model the effects of topographic shading on surface mass balance. He also completed the King’s Undergraduate Research Fellowship (KURF) where he helped code a model to study regional- to-global change in glacier mass balance. Alongside his studies, Billy serves as a Social Media Officer for the UK Polar Network and as a member of the Steering Committee for the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) Climate Change Research Group.
